Product Description

This is our all sausage package.  We take the entire animal, de-bone it, coarse grind it, add chopped pork, seasoning, and stuff it.  We make the sausages in 6 pound batches and will make as many kinds as you like!  We have a large and extensive selection of traditional favorites, ethnically authentic, and custom blended varities.  You can also choose to have your sausages made with all organic ingredients including Organic Pork.

The package includes all dénudering, de-boning, trimming, and disposal of renderings.  The final products will be neatly packaged, clearly labelled, and ready for storage, whether in the refrigerator or the freezer.
