All our Butchering is done by the carcass’s Green Weight. The Green Weight is the weight, in pounds rounded down to the nearest pound, of the animal when we take possession of it. This total weight is what we use to determine the total cost of the butchering to be done and includes all packaging, ingredients, casing, aging, and skinning needed to turn your animal into delicious food. The exception; Soaps, candles and salves are sold separately from the Green Weight Price and are instead additional to the total Green Weight Price. The exception to the exception; Soaps, candles and salves are included in several packages and are not sold individually when specifically included in the package. Whew!
